CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By submitting a request, placing an order or performing any other action involving the entry of data on the website https://seikodo.pro (hereinafter — the Site), the User accepts this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter — the Consent).

Acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, the User gives consent to Elena Aleksandrovna Razumovskaya (self-employed), TIN 631801898922 (hereinafter — the Operator), to process their personal data on the following terms:

This Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data of the User, which are neither special nor biometric categories:

• Date, time and place of birth (solely for the purpose of performing calculations and numerological analysis);
• The text of the User's enquiry, voluntarily entered into the feedback forms on the Site.

The User's personal data are processed by the Operator solely for the following purposes:

• Providing the User with the Site's services, including individual online calculations, including through the software integration tools of the platform https://seikodo.pro/;
• Advising the User, processing incoming requests and scheduling informational and consulting services;
• Delivering to the User the digital products purchased (the author's meditations, mandalas, analytical reports and codes);
• Maintaining feedback with the User, including sending notifications and requests concerning the performance of the Public Offer Agreement.

3. Legal grounds for processing

The legal grounds for the processing of personal data are: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data»; and this Consent given by the User.

4. List of operations performed with personal data

When handling personal data, the Operator is entitled to perform the following operations: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (granting access to payment and messaging services for the performance of obligations), blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

The Operator warrants that the database containing the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is located strictly within the territory of the Russian Federation.

5. Term of the Consent and procedure for withdrawal

This Consent is effective from the moment it is given by the User (by ticking the checkbox and pressing the form submission button on the Site) until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the User withdraws the Consent.

The Consent may be withdrawn by the User at any time by sending a written application to the Operator at the email address erazum.pro@gmail.com or via a message in the Telegram messenger https://t.me/erazum_pro marked «Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data». The Operator must cease processing the data within 10 business days of receiving the application.
